Rates listed are weekly and do not include a 9% State of Maine Lodging Tax. Please contact us directly for rates on stays shorter than one week; a 3 night minimum is required.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival.

Motor boats are available for a daily rate:

14′ V-hull with 8 hp Honda motor $100 per day
